Our guarantee applies to:
If you believe that your diamond ring has defects/deviations upon delivery, please contact us. We will arrange return shipping to our manufacturer who will assess the ring and determine if the defect is a manufacturing defect.
If this is the case, a new ring will be manufactured or the defect will be repaired at no extra cost.
Our guarantee does not apply to:
- If the ring has become defective due to a crush or impact injury. You can still contact us as in some cases we can repair the defect for a cost that varies from case to case.
- In the event of loss of the ring, no refund or guarantee will be given. We recommend that you take out jewelry insurance that covers loss and damage.

Our diamonds
Wedding and engagement rings with diamonds from Mila Silver are made in Sweden and are set with brilliant-cut lab-grown diamonds graded TWVS in the FG color scale.
TWVS - a rare white diamond
Our diamonds are of high quality with a TWVS grading.
TW / Top Wesselton is awarded to particularly white diamonds and ranks at the top of the international GIA scale. The only diamond that is whiter is River. VS (Very small inclusions) is the name for the quality of the diamond. VS is almost flawless and has very small inclusions, only visible at 10 times magnification to an experienced observer.

FACTS ABOUT LAB-GROWED DIAMONDS
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds that are produced in an ethical and sustainable manner.
A lab-grown diamond is created by recreating the natural formation of a diamond. It uses a fragment of a natural diamond and then subjects it to pressure and high heat. This process is significantly shorter (weeks) and can be done anywhere in the world with a few people involved.
The result is a traceable and conflict-free diamond with minimal impact on the environment.
A lab-grown diamond has the same physical, chemical and optical characteristics as a natural diamond. The appearance, luster and quality are identical.
