EXCHANGE & RETURN

RETURN
When returning, fill in the return form that was included in the delivery. Send the jewelry back in a traceable and safe way. The shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer.

CHANGE OF SIZE
If you want to change the size of the same model of jewelry. For example, changing the ring size. Fill in the return form and write which size you wish to change to. Return according to the instructions above. We send the new piece of jewelry in the new size with free shipping.

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER JEWELRY
If you wish to change to another piece of jewelry, you make a return and place a new order for the piece of jewelry you want instead.

REFUND OF RETURNS
Upon return, your order will be refunded to the chosen payment option. Refunds are made as soon as we have received the returned item. 

HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR RETURN
Returned jewelry must be in mint condition.
Be careful when trying on jewelry so they don't scratch against each other. Returned jewelry that has scratches or marks will not be refunded.
Package your returned jewelry in the same way you received it.
If the original packaging is in good enough condition, use it. If the original packaging is damaged, you return it in a padded envelope with the packaging (boxes, silk bags) in which the jewelry was delivered. 

COMPLAINT
If the item is damaged, make a complaint to us as soon as possible via email: info@milasilver.se
We send you a pre-paid return form via email that you use for the return shipping. Also fill in the return form that was included in the delivery. Refund or exchange takes place as soon as we have received the complained item.
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, contact us.
